“We enjoyed the hospitality from booking all the way to check out! The communication was great and quick with any questions we had at anytime. Our location was 5 minutes away from everything! Will definitely be booking again next trip we take to the beach! ❤️”

“We had a great stay! The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked, even including dish soap and dishrags. The oceanfront view was amazing, and the location was convenient to nearby attractions. Communication with the host was excellent, with responses within 15 minutes or less. The condo is located inside a hotel, making check-in easy, and the free parking deck was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed the pool and lazy river. The building itself is a little dated, as other reviews have mentioned, but the inside of the condo was exactly as advertised and well maintained. My only suggestion is to bring your own pillow if you prefer softer pillows. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this condo again!”

“Positive: Good location and swimming pools were nice. Negative: floors were dirty, didn’t look like they had been mopped in a while. Ask house keeping for clean towels and was informed that they didn’t give extra towels.”

“Overall excellent experience. To preface this, I’m a bit of a travel snob. Just prior to arriving, I had made the mistake of reading reviews concerning the general resort where the Airbnb was located and was fully prepared to be disappointed. Instead we had quite the opposite experience. The Airbnb was very clean even by my standards and also conveniently located near everything we needed during our stay. There were some thoughtful amenities such as a few snacks and toiletries. We loved the double balconies. The pool area and general grounds were respectable and relatively clean. No complaints. Finally, the communication and service was top tier. A guest guide was provided. We had an issue with WiFi that was acknowledged and resolved immediately. Anyone we spoke with was pleasant and extremely professional. I would absolutely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay at one of their other properties as well.”

“Great views, but bring your own towels! We stayed for 3 nights—just me and my three teenage daughters. The oceanfront and Skywheel views were absolutely stunning, and the room was moderately comfortable for our needs. However, we ran into a few hiccups. The bedding situation was tight—there weren’t enough blankets for all three beds, but luckily my girls travel with their own, so we made it work. My biggest frustration was the $25 per towel refresh fee. We were given exactly one set (bath, wash, and hand towel) per guest. With four ladies showering twice a day (thanks to sand, humidity, and pre-dinner cleanup), one set just wasn’t cutting it. Paying $25 each time for more felt ridiculous, so I ended up buying towels and washcloths for under $40 that lasted our whole trip. Would I recommend this stay? Yes—the view and location are hard to beat. But would I bring my own towels next time? Absolutely. Overall, a good stay that met our basic needs, just with a few extra steps.”

“Check in was easy;beach view was great. Room is no different than hotel rooms previously rented through the hotel directly. There was a pullout couch and wall bed in addition to the main King. There was only one set of Linens for one of the extra sleep spaces. Rental company asked multiple times how many people we had but never thought to provide extra bedding. There was also only one set of bath towels for a 4 night stay- also rules of not hanging towels from the balcony etc.- there is only so much space to hang things. While i understand I am at the beach- the musty smell and dampness of the room was overwhelming and uncomfortable. Not the worst experience not the best”

“If you’re looking for a place that’s close to shops, restaurants, and the beach then this place is perfect. It’s an a busy area, so If you don’t like chaos I’d steer away. Otherwise, this was perfect for me and my family. They had clear Instructions for check in and check out. My grandparents thought the check in was complicated to figure out since you don’t check in with an actual front desk staff. However, it was easy for me to figure out and parking was convenient to say the least. I’d definitely stay here again!”

“Positive: Location was excellent. The pool area was very nice. Parking was included. View of the ocean from the balcony. Negative: Place could use a refresh. The light switch by the door in both bedrooms didn't turn anything on so you had to enter a dark room to turn on a lamp. Lamps need to be updated to have charging outlets. Check out is 10:00 a.m. and most check outs are 11:00 a.m. You have to pay extra to check in before 4:00 p.m.”

“Our stay was amazing. With in the first few minutes of walking in, we had already planned to book and stay here again. Everyday they reached it to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had what we needed. Their response time was amazing and they even paid attention to details about why we were coming into town. 10/10 I would recommend. No more than a 15 minute drive to all the great places. Broadway was literally a straight shot. I was highly impressed. The pool area was clean and the kids enjoyed themselves.”

“Condo is located in an old hotel they have converted to condos and attempted to rehab. Owner of the unit we stayed in did a decent job with the remodel but there were areas they could still improve such as better air conditioning and more comfortable mattress for the bed. The common areas in the building structure were not completely renovated so some areas are still very outdated. Surrounding areas have some very "suspect" people loitering around. Parking garage had human waste odors in areas like the stairways. Another disappointing aspect of our stay is apparently they are mining for sand offshore and so there was a very large pipe located in front of the building that was an eye sore as well as an obstacle to have to walk over to get to the beach. Some amenities were okay like the pool. I would say overall that for folks very price conscious this is probably about the best you can do as far as bang for your buck in MB but the building and area leaves a lot to be desired.”

“Pros: check-in was easy, great location if you like to be close to the action. Unit was clean and as described. Toiletries, snacks and coffee were nice touches. Good communication. Cons: unit had very unpleasant musty smell and was damp. We reported upon arrival and they did end up coming to check it but they said everything was normal. We continued to contact them about our discomfort. On our last night we were provided a dehumidifier which we had to empty every 4-5 hours.You can hear some noise at night from amusement park across the street but it’s not too loud. Bathtub was slow to drain”

“We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. The location was great, and we truly felt at home during our visit. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free place to stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience!”

“We were in town for a dance convention. It was about a 15 minute walk to the convention center. The condo was a great location. We were about a mile from the boardwalk. We were surrounded by several places to eat. The condo is def an older complex but everything was clean and we all enjoyed it. The condo is right on the beach and had a great pool area with a small lazy river, hot tubs, and multiple pools for all ages. We had a maintenance issue shortly after arrival and someone was there to fix the issue within 30 minutes. We also didn't receive our towel replacements on the scheduled day/time. When I reached out to Staymareni after 10pm they actually called me and had someone bring us towels the same night. They were very helpful and made things very easy. If we return to Myrtle beach we will use them again.”

“Great property with stunning ocean views in a great location. Check in was a little bit of a struggle beforehand (too many codes needed to access room, elevator and parking garage that was a block away). Water pressure in showers was low, and beds weren’t that comfortable for me. informed about 250 security deposit until after it was taken from my bank account. Overall still worth it though for the property itself, incredible view, ocean & pool access.”

“Positive: Location was excellent with ocean side room with a very attractive price point. Negative: Could have used a couple more towels. The keurig did not work when we got their but we worked with it and finally got it to work. Hair dryer in one of the bathrooms did not work, would have been nice to have another arm chair in the living room and a 4th chair on the patio. Should let customers know what check out policy before booking.”

“We enjoyed staying here. The room was next to the elevators and trash so there was a bit of a noise problem at night and throughout the day but things did settle down around 10pm. The walls were also a bit thin so we could hear our neighbors and their kids, but it could’ve been worse. The pools were well maintained. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We really liked having access to a full kitchen for making our own breakfast and lunch. Bummz cafe next door was our go-to for dinner and drinks. There was also a Dollar General within walking distance of the condo for things that we needed. Location was perfect. The room and sheets were spotless with plenty of towels. We appreciated the stay.”

The bed extremely uncomfortable, hard and made a lot of noise when moving.”

“Positive: Location is central to downtown. We loved the convenience to walking to restaurants and shops, ferris wheel and rides. Located directly on the oceanfront and the boardwalk that leads you to everything. One of our favorite restaurants Pier 14 was just steps away :)”

“We had a great stay. The view was incredible and we spent a bunch of time on the balcony in the morning and at night. We will definitely stay here again. The team made check in and out a breeze and are incredibly responsive with questions.”

“This condo was great for our needs! The host company was communicative and provided good check in instructions. The condo was as described and clean. The beds were comfortable and pillows were plentiful. The view from the balcony was priceless and we enjoyed lots of time there. The condo was quiet and the blackout curtains provided a great sleep space. Check out instructions were minimal. Would love to visit again!”

“Great hosts, great communication, fantastic location, and nice space. The two dampers to our stay were fighting off the sales pitch to get the parking permit (I didn't realize this was a time share situation) and the light that leaked into the bedroom through the curtains. The bathroom floor/baseboards/walls could have been cleaner but otherwise it had all we needed for a long weekend. Bathroom toiletries are listed as available but be sure to take your own - the amount of shampoo provided was enough for one person for one day. Great location with many restaurants and shops very close by in walking distance.”

“Great view, clean large room. We did have a couple of minor issues. The tub/shower didn't drain too well. Also while I fully realize the humidity causes problems, the room could use Damp Rid. A little musty.”

“Overall the place and the stay was amazing. Our daughter loved it. They were very helpful and quick if you need assistance. The check in and check out was easy. The suite overall was clean and modern. The hotel may have bad reviews because certain suites may be outdated but this one was very nice so don’t let those reviews fool you. I really recommend them to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach!😊”

“I come to Myrtle Beach couple times a year & this was my by far one of my favorite hotel resort everything was perfect for me and my family no problems at all from check in to cleanliness too everything..view was great shower was HOT lol don't sleep on them cause my experience was great wouldn't change anything!!! “Everything was great for the most part, room looks just like the pictures. Parking garage is small but that’s not really a complaint, check in is super easy though. I don’t care for the food scene in Myrtle Beach so I cooked, there was a live moving critter in the cabinets though which led to me heavily cleaning. I would suggest bringing your own cook ware if you are looking to cook. Host was proactive and responsive. Would definitely recommend as long as they definitely sprayed; because seeing one is more than enough to ruin your time!”

“We really enjoyed this place for our anniversary . I can’t lie when we first got there I was worried about how it looked based off the outside. For the most part everything was clean . The coffee maker was a little dirty and dusty . You can tell if it’s not used they don’t bother to clean it . The view was breath taking . Will be booking again !”

“Amazing! The hosts were very responsive, sent check in texts in case we needed stuff. We even opted to stay an extra night because we were enjoying it so much and ended up getting a refund for some of it because it was cheaper to add another night! It had such a beautiful view, the beach was easily accessible as was the pools and hot tub. There was a tiki bar right by the pool which was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils. A roomy fridge, stove, and microwave which made it super easy to cook if you didn’t want to eat out every day. There was so much to do around the area, super walkable and parking was also amazing as it was just right across the street with several parking lot options. The only thing was there was a slight smell around the bathroom area but it wasn’t constant, it was bearable. Me and my boyfriend will definitely make this our go to air bnb when we come to Myrtle beach! A rebook with these hosts will be in the near future!”

“Positive: Good location. Comfortable. Negative: Master bath toilet did not flush efficiently. I called in and reported it our second day there. No one came during our week long stay. Washer sounded like a jet plane taking off.”
